Sew a Dress 7/15 & 7/17
Event description
Learn how to machine sew a summer dress or top using the method of smocking!
This pattern makes for the perfect easy, breezy summer dress! Basic knowledge of machine sewing is strongly encouraged for this class - plan to bring your own machine if you have one! This class is perfect for the novice sewist who wants to learn how to make their first garment.
We will be offering two ticket options for this workshop:
Part 1: The Top
July 15th, 3-5pm
$30/ticket
You will learn how to create the top section of the dress pattern, but adapted to a summer top!
Part 1 & 2 Bundle: The Whole Dress
July 15th, 3-5pm & July 17th, 3-5pm
$50/ticket
You will be able to see your dress come to fruition from start to finish!
All necessary supplies included, but you are welcome to bring your own as well. Ages 16+ are welcome.
All classes will be located at the Workshop Room in our new store location. Join us to develop new skills and meet other crafters!
Instructor: This class is taught by Linda.
All event ticket sales are final and non-refundable. If you cannot make it to the event, please feel free to send a friend in your place. If you are unable to do that, we still cannot refund your ticket, but you could think of your payment as supporting our SCRAP-y little creative reuse non-profit!
