Sew a Rag Rug 10/18

Learn how to make a rug out of fabric scraps!

• Sunday, October 18th from 2-4pm

• $25/all materials provided

• Ages 18+ are welcome

From cutting scrap fabric into the correct size, braiding it into a rope, and sewing it all together, you will learn all you need to know to make your own rag-rug!

Since this workshop is only two hours long, students should expect to complete a rug that is about the size of a placemat, rather than a full floor rug. However, students can continue to work at home with the skills they learned to create a larger rug if they so desire!

This class is taught by Sandhi.
