Join us for an informative and empowering three-part workshop series hosted by Family Planning NSW. This series is designed to provide essential information and guidance on various aspects of sexual health, relationships, and contraception.

Workshop 1: Contraception including Emergency Contraception Time: 2:00 PM - 3:00 PM

  • Explore various methods of contraception.
  • Learn where to access contraception methods.
  • Discover how to choose the most suitable contraception for you

Workshop 2: Relationships and Consent Time: 3:00 PM - 4:00 PM

  • Identify hallmarks of a healthy relationship.
  • Understand the concept of positive active consent.
  • Develop communication skills for consent in relationships.

Workshop 3: Sexually Transmitted Infection Testing | Time: 4:00 PM - 4:30 PM

  • Gain insights into STI testing procedures.
  • Learn where and how often to get tested for STIs.
  • Understand the handling of STI test results.
