Sound Shower with Avishai Barnatan

This event has passed Get tickets

Event description

Join us to bathe in pure sounds that will take you on a transformational journey.

During this unique evening session you will be invited to lie down and immerse in vibrations created by chimes, Tibetan bowls, flutes and vocal harmonics. Throughout the sound 'shower', different instruments are carried around the room and sometimes placed physically on the body.

A magical musical journey will be created by flutes and voice, while overtones will charge the brain and energise the body. Being exposed to these healing frequencies will enhance a physical, mental and emotional calibration to the human body and energy field. These frequencies will shift and release stagnant energy and tension accumulated in the body.

This very special soundshower will re-align and harmonise our bodies and minds as a deeply relaxing and refreshing experience releasing stress and anxiety to increase focus, clarity and insight.

Venue: The White House, 11 Princes Street, St Kilda, Victoria 3182
Time: 6.30pm - 8pm - please aim to arrive at 6.15pm for a prompt start

What to bring: A yoga mat, water bottle, comfy socks and extra layers to keep cosy (a blanket is a good idea)
