"What is the relationship between shadow and trauma?" was a question that someone asked me recently at an Animas Coaching Lecture with one minute left on the clock! It was a great question that sparked a lot of interest, so I decided to approach a dear friend and colleague with an expertise in trauma to help me answer the question, in slower time.
