Event description
The Shadow Cycles Series-A Women's Workshop
Day 1 - The South of the Wheel / The Crone / Winter / Dark & New Moon
Part 1 :
Letting Go. The Shadow: Issues of Ageing, Grief and Death. This full day on line workshop will explore the South of the Wheel of the Year and focus on the Shadow areas which effect Mental health. Aspects of Mental health will be explored as well as tools for working with shadow issues which arise. Participants can expect to explore the shadow issues from a personal perspective. The group is held as a safe and confidential container. This work may also be useful for women who work in helping professions and will provide some useful tools for working with people who present with difficulties around the issues of ageing, grief and death. The work combines aspects of counselling and psychotherapy, groupwork, psychodrama and shamanic womancraft.
