SHADOW PLAY, Northern Rivers

Step out of the shadows and into your FULLNESS! Transform your shame into unbridled ENERGY. Turn your fear into FUN. This is the place to express the un-expressable. From pain, awkwardness, grief, and anger to playfulness, love, radiance, inner-peace, and powerful LIFE-FORCE energy.

In this series of 2 - 2.5 hour workshops we will use Gestalt processes, experimental theatre activities, and games cultivating curiosity and connection. We will create the greatest safety possible so that as the shame we didn't know we had begins to melt, and the niggling old wounds of unworthiness and unlovability drop away…

 Our true essence emerges, and brings with it more radiance, more authenticity and more aliveness to our everyday.

This is a semi-closed container. Ideally, I would like people to commit to the 3-month container of 7 workshops, with the intention of coming to 5 or more. When the same people come repeatedly, this creates so much more safety and depth. (It also encourages you to make it, when the resistance tells you to stay home and watch Netflix).

 And to encourage you to take this option, I’ve made the ‘full container’ price really cheap! Just $140 for the whole 7 sessions – or $20/workshop (or about $28 if you come to 5). If you intend to come to 3 or more, then the full container is still worth it.

However, I understand some may only be available for 1 or 2 in which case you can still come, ad hoc, and pay $50/ workshop (unless the Full Container sells out and I’ll stop offering the one-offs).

If you’ve never experienced my work before and are keen, but maybe not sure if you’ll like it, then you can purchase the Full Container package, come to the first night and if you totally hate it, I’ll give you a full refund, no questions asked.

DATES AND TIME:

The container runs every second Wednesday from February to April and the dates are:

Feb, 5th and 19th. March 5th and 19th. April, 2nd, 16th, 30th.

The workshops will run for 2-2.5 hours. We will start at 6pm and finish around 8.15, but no later than 8.30pm

VENUE:

It will be held in the beautiful Ruby Room at Heart and Soul of Wellness, 49 Commercial Rd. Murwillumbah
