Shadow Play: Disco with your Darkness
Event description
Shadow work becomes shadow play in this transformative evening workshop. Through guided visualisation, theatrical charcoals, playful rituals, and candlelit group sharing, you will alchemise negative thought patterns into powerful insights, build a deeper self-awareness, and - under the guidance of an award-winning children’s author and screenwriter - practice transforming your shadow self into a ‘shadow elf’ character to playfully reframe your inner critic. This workshop promises a mix of serious self-discovery and light-hearted communal support, all culminating in a powerful release ritual for some playful integration. This workshop will be facilitated by transpersonal creative therapist, Naomi Anderlini, and children’s author and screenwriter Charlotte Rose Hamlyn.
