Welcome to the official TrailerFit x Bec Bennett Shakeout Run, leading up to our major event Track Meet on Sunday 21st we will be coming together to hit a nice and social 5km run - Coffee, connection and catch ups after!
Hosted at the iconic St Ali coffee Shop this is not to be missed

Event times: 6am meet up, 6:15am warm up, 6:20am
5km run Set off from: St Ali coffee Roasters, South Melbourne
Run lead: Run is lead by Bec Bennett, an advocate for running, community and daily movement
Post Run: Enjoy discounted coffee, giveaways + community connection
This event is completely FREE and designed to flush them legs out, meet fellow athletes and just get excited for the main event on Sunday 21st! This event is open to all
