Please ask for the Front of House Manager when you arrive. They will located near the front doors of the Theatre.

Travel instructions

There are paid car parking spots in Salamanca Place and at the Salamanca Car park. A taxi rank is located in Castray Esplanade which run parallel to Salamanca Place, Bus transport is approximately ten minutes walk from the venue, located in the Elizabeth Street Mall and nearby bus stations.

Entry instructions

Entry to the Peacock Theatre is via the front doors of the Salamanca Arts Centre which faces directly onto Salamanca Place, Hobart.

After entry instructions

The Peacock Theatre is located down the corridor at the back of the Salamanca Arts Centre area.

Hazards

Access to the Peacock Theatre is via a set of stairs. Please let us know of any mobility issues or special needs when booking your ticket so that Front of House staff can arrange level access via the Rektango Courtyard. There are two seats which can be removed to allow access by one wheelchair user per show.

Toilet location

Public toilets are located adjacent to the Peacock Theatre and are accessed via the Rektango Courtyard.

Accessible parking

There are a handful of parking spaces allocated for disability card holders and are located just outside the Salamanca Arts centre entrance.
