Shalom Cascadia presents: Elevated Torah Study

Elevated Torah Study with Pfeifer Wolff and Becky Chiao hosted by Shalom Cascadia Jewish Minyan.

Join us as we read from the Torah and then talk about the current parsha, Vayechi (https://www.hebcal.com/sedrot/vayechi). This event is part of Pfeifer Wolff's Bat Mitzvah project. "Vayechi (“He Lived”) is the final Torah portion in the Book of Genesis. It opens as Jacob prepares for his death, making his son Joseph swear to bury him in the Cave of Machpelah. Jacob blesses Joseph’s two sons and his own 12 sons and then dies. Jacob’s sons bury him. The portion ends with Joseph’s death" (Sefaria). There will be snacks!
