We'll explore the importance of healthy relationships, identify key elements through interactive activities, and understand the spectrum of behaviours from healthy to abusive. Learn effective communication techniques, including using ‘I’ statements, and practice setting boundaries and managing emotions. This workshop offers practical skills and insights to enhance relationships and foster open, respectful communication in your daily life.
