SHAMANIC BREATH - MENS - Breathwork and Somatic Healing.

MENS ONLY Join Shane @ Soul Support Wellness Studio in Morisset for a MENS ONLY Shamanic Breathwork and Somatic Healing w CACAO. This Breath work experience is for men only and prefer to be in a smaller group space to do their own inner work. Limited to 5 participants and contraindications apply.

This style of breathwork draws from shamanic traditions and somatic release techniques. It involves conscious connected breathing to access altered states of healing, disrupt patterns stored in our autonomic nervous system, release trauma, reset our window of tolerance, and rewire our behaviours for a brighter, clearer path into your future.

You will be safely guided by Shane, an experienced practitioner in both Shamanic and SPIRITUS Breathwork modalities.

As part of your integration, you'll immerse yourself in the healing vibrations of Crystal Bowls, and native music from around the world.

What to bring:

Please wear light, comfortable clothing, eye mask, and water bottle, a journal, and a pen. Yoga mats, bolsters are provided. Bring what ever you need to feel comfortable to do your own work.

•   Epilepsy Ocular Issues: (detached retina/glaucoma) 
•   Cardiovascular Disease/Irregularity Unmedicated high/low blood pressure 
•   Osteoporosis 
•   Aneurysms 
•   Stroke 
•   Blood Thinning or Anti-Clot Medication 
•   Bipolar/Schizophrenia 
•   Skeletal Fractures 
•   Complex PTSD 
•   Strong doses of anti-depressants, anti-anxiety, or mind-altering medication.

Cancellation/Reschedule Policy:

24hrs notice is requested for any cancellation/rescheduling. All refunds will be made automatically via your payment method online. 10% of the fee will be kept as a process fee.

Shane reserves the right to cancel/reschedule the session at any time with due reason, in the event of a practitioner cancelling a session a 100% refund will be made via your payment method.
