SHAMANIC BREATH - ONLINE - Breathwork and Somatic Healing.

Join Shane for an Online AEST (Zoom) Shamanic Breathwork and Somatic Healing. This online Breath work experience is for those that prefer to be in their own space to heal themselves. Limited to 10 participants and contraindications apply.

This style of breathwork draws from shamanic traditions and somatic release techniques. It involves conscious connected breathing to access altered states of healing, disrupt patterns stored in our autonomic nervous system, release trauma, reset our window of tolerance, and rewire our behaviours for a brighter, clearer path into your future.

You will be safely guided by Shane, an experienced practitioner in both Shamanic and SPIRITUS Breathwork modalities.

As part of your integration, you'll immerse yourself in the healing sounds and vibrations of native music from around the world.

Location: Within the comfort of your own home, either on a yoga mat or lying in your own bed. Please wear light, comfortable clothing, and have water, a journal, and a pen nearby.

ONLINE ESSENTIALS:

•   Ensure you have headphones on for the whole session. It is very important that you hear the hosts voice clearly during facilitation.
•   Ensure that you have a distraction free environment
•   Ensure that you are set-up appropriately, with cushions, blanket, pillow, journal, tissues etc. 
•   Ensure you have enough space around you to move your body and arms around as appropriate.
•   Ensure you test your audio and video before you start the ZOOM session 
•   Ensure that you have a reliable internet service and a strong wi-fi connection.

•   Epilepsy Ocular Issues: (detached retina/glaucoma) 
•   Cardiovascular Disease/Irregularity Unmedicated high/low blood pressure 
•   Osteoporosis 
•   Aneurysms 
•   Stroke 
•   Blood Thinning or Anti-Clot Medication 
•   Bipolar/Schizophrenia 
•   Skeletal Fractures 
•   Complex PTSD 
•   Strong doses of anti-depressants, anti-anxiety, or mind-altering medication.

Cancellation/Reschedule Policy:

24hrs notice is requested for any cancellation/rescheduling. All refunds will be made automatically via your payment method online. 10% of the fee will be kept as a process fee.

Shane reserves the right to cancel/reschedule the session at any time with due reason, in the event of a practitioner cancelling a session a 100% refund will be made via your payment method.
