This Breath work experience is for women that prefer to be in a smaller group space to do their own inner work. Limited to 12 participants and contraindications below apply.

This style of breathwork draws from shamanic traditions and somatic release techniques. It involves conscious connected breathing to access altered states of consciousness for healing, disrupt patterns stored in our autonomic nervous system, release trauma, reset our window of tolerance, and rewire our behaviours for a brighter, clearer path into your future.

You will be safely guided by Shane, an experienced practitioner in both Shamanic and SPIRITUS Breathwork modalities.

As part of your integration, you'll immerse yourself in the healing vibrations of Crystal Bowls, and native music from around the world.

Please wear light, comfortable clothing, eye mask, water bottle, a journal, and a pen. Bring what ever you need to feel comfortable to do your own work. i.e. Yoga Mat, Bolsters, blankets, pillow

24hrs notice is requested for any cancellation/rescheduling. No Shows will forfeit 100% payment.

Refunds will be made 7 days prior to event date automatically via your payment method online. 10% of the fee will be kept as a process fee.

Shane reserves the right to cancel/reschedule the session at any time with due reason, in the event of a practitioner cancelling a session a 100% refund will be made via your payment method.
