Shamanic Breathwork Journey

Shamanic Breathwork is a powerful healing modality.

Using a circular breathing technique in conjunction with chakra attuned music, The Shamanic Breathwork process allows individuals to experience deep healing and transform on a spiritual, mental, emotional & physical level.

It is one of the quickest ways to get out of our mind’s way and reconnect with our self.
Shamanic breathwork is a process of controlled and conscious breathing, used to awaken the inner self.
When you have control over your breathing, you can explore parts of your mind and body that would otherwise not be so easy to reach.
I invite you to join me to embark on a sacred journey into your own spirit, letting go of the daily struggle and finding peace.
It is a powerful journey that inspires you to reconnect with your own inner healer.

With Shamanic Breathwork, you are transported by the breath into an altered state of consciousness.
There, you are able to remember trapped emotions and traumas, as well as awaken your imaginal cells and future-selves.

It isn’t a quick fix for all your problems.

Instead, it’s a journey that takes you back to the core of your self and helps you work through whatever issues you might have gone through, dissolving traumatic ties with your past and empowering yourself to face the current challenges of your life.

What to expect:
Ceremonial clearing/cleansing using smoke or feathers ( please let Ashley know if not a fan of smoke on the day ),
Following this will be a Shamanic Breathwork Session including the Shakti Art Process ( The Shakti Art process is about helping you unpack your journey and enabling you to analyse your journey on a deeper level ) 

A waiver will need to signed prior to the session
Please arrive at least 15-20mins prior to session start to allow yourself a chance to set up your spot etc

Ashley will also be intuitively handpicking flower essences for the group to help you get the most out of the session, these will be from the Aussie bush flower, Bach, FES and also some from Kin of the Fian Danu range of essences.

What you need to bring:

Yourself and comfortable clothes
You will need to bring pillows, bolsters and blankets and anything else you need to be comfortable on the day as you will be laying for a good portion of the event.
Mats & Eye Covers supplied on the day

The hall it self is across the road from 40 Watson st, I use this number as a reference point
Please note parking is on the st as parking is not allowed in the carpark at the centre.
Also please note that the hall it self is situated off the rd and not overly visible from the rd it self its tucked away up the back of the parking lot. It is on the right hand side of the st if coming off Lawrence st
