Join me each month for a deeply grounding and restorative Shamanic Drum Journey, held in a beautifully supportive community space on Sydney’s Northern Beaches.

This is a guided meditative experience designed to help you step out of the busyness of everyday life, reconnect with yourself, and feel supported alongside others on a similar path.

What to Expect

During the journey, Nic Herrmann guides the experience using the steady rhythm of the Shamanic Drum, layered with sound and gentle spoken guidance. The drum’s repetitive beat naturally supports the nervous system to settle and the mind to quiet, allowing you to drop out of overthinking and into deeper presence.

Nic creates a safe, intentional, heart-led container where individuals are supported both personally and within the collective energy of the group.

• No previous experience required
• Wear comfortable clothing
• Bring a journal and water
• Mats, cushions, and blankets are recommended
• Most of the journey is experienced lying down
