Shamanic Drum Journey - Guided Sound Healing Meditation

Invitation to our Monthly Shamanic Drum Journey

Monthly Shamanic Drum Journey

with Nic Herrmann

Join me each month for a deeply grounding and restorative Shamanic Drum Journey, held in a beautifully supportive community space on Sydney’s Northern Beaches.

This is a guided meditative experience designed to help you step out of the busyness of everyday life, reconnect with yourself, and feel supported alongside others on a similar path.

What to Expect

During the journey, Nic Herrmann guides the experience using the steady rhythm of the Shamanic Drum, layered with sound and gentle spoken guidance. The drum’s repetitive beat naturally supports the nervous system to settle and the mind to quiet, allowing you to drop out of overthinking and into deeper presence.

Nic creates a safe, intentional, heart-led container where individuals are supported both personally and within the collective energy of the group.

Benefits of a Shamanic Drum Journey

Participants often experience:
• Reduced stress and mental overwhelm
• A calmer, more regulated nervous system
• Emotional release and clarity
• Improved focus and inner awareness
• A deeper sense of connection — to self and to others

Why This Journey Is Special

This is more than a meditation — it is a shared experience in community. The group setting creates a powerful yet gentle field of support, allowing people to feel seen, grounded, and connected while journeying inward. Each monthly journey is unique and shaped by the energy of those present.
