Shamanic Journey - Ancestral Mother lineage & Womb healing - BURRINGBAR

Ancestral healing.  Often there is trauma and shut down in the feminine lineage from centuries of the feminine being silenced. We will go into your lineage and find where the energies were created and assist in healing this grandmother. We bring the healing forward and access the gifts that got shut down at this time.  This creates relief and a renewed sense of self and your viewpoint of the family dynamics, as you will see how everyone has been affected (including yourself) by this energy passed down.

We then do a deep healing journey into your womb space, the seat of your feminine creativity and clear out any old energies and refresh your creative space to allow for renewed energies to flow opening up all sorts of creative ideas. Healing this sacral chakra space also helps you to have better relationships and stand in your wisdom with clearer boundaries.

If you have big trauma with this area of your body, know that this is a gentle process and other women with alot of trauma have not been reactivated and have worked through the healing in a beautiful way.  They have had profound shifts in their life after doing this healing. Please msg me to discuss if you feel concerned.

Working with herbs, crystals, flower codes, medicine drum, rattles and all other elemental beings and your divine guides and ancestors. If you are new to journeywork you are most welcome, it is deep healing yet gentle and a safe, supported, held and guided space. PM me if you have any questions.

What to bring: yoga mat and any shawl to cover you & a pillow.   
Journal pen/coloured pencils.
Crystals, altar items for yourself or family keepsakes of your mother/ grandmother.
Eat lightly or earlier in the day as a full belly can make people fall asleep, best to not have coffee or stimulants 1.5 hrs earlier.

To respect Sacred space, please arrive 15 mins early and quietly, to set up your space for the workshop, ie create your own crystal grid, altar etc. This ensures you are tuning in already.
