Shamanic Journey and Sound Healing - Autumn Equinox - The Medicine of Water

Join Shane and Kylie at the South Lake Macquarie Amateur Sailing Club in Sunshine, NSW, Australia, for an unforgettable experience overlooking the breathtaking views of Lake Macquarie. Embark on a transformative 2-hour Shamanic Sound Healing Journey featuring CACAO as we celebrate the Autumn Equinox, inviting in the healing energy of WATER during this special time.

What is the significance of the autumn equinox? The equinox is an opportunity for us to look to the natural world for guidance and comfort. The cyclical change in seasons allows us to look inwards at our own transformation and growth. And as the leaves fall from the branches, we learn to let go of what no longer serves us.

What to Expect:

As you settle onto your own cushions and yoga mat with a cup of CACAO, opening and connecting with the sacred space. Supported by spirit and the four elements of Mother Nature—wind, earth, water, and fire—you will feel safe and nurtured throughout the shamanic journey. This experience will allow you to explore your heart, reconnect with your inner child, and let your inner light shine for the world to see.

In this secure and sacred environment, we will gently dismantle the protective energetic walls (ego) we've built over lifetimes, creating a safe space for you to embrace your true self. Utilising the elements of nature and the power of sound—through instruments like the didgeridoo, rain stick, crystal bowls, and drumming—my spiritual team and your guides will craft a sacred atmosphere. This will help you examine aspects of your life that no longer align with your highest self, facilitating a natural process of release and healing.

As a special bonus, one lucky participant will win a Crystal Tree, generously provided by our friends at Crystal Forest Gem Trees, a local small business on the Central Coast.

Event Schedule:

• Arrival: 6:30 PM for a sage cleanse and pre-session meditation (Doors close at 6:45 PM)
• Start: 6:45 PM – Finishes at approximately 8:30 PM

What to Bring:

• Please dress in layered clothing, as we’ll be near the water inside the sailing club.
• Bring your own yoga mat, journal and pen, water bottle, cushions, blanket, and also a small pillow if needed. Don’t forget a small cup for the CACAO offering. A small crystal for your mat is optional.

The Shamanic Sound Healing Journey will last about 2 hours. Each session is a unique experience, with topics guided by spirit guides who embody unconditional love, creating a nurturing and grounding atmosphere. After the session, you'll have the chance to connect with like-minded individuals or chat with Kylie and me about your own journey.
