Extending a warm invitation to all community members to come and journey with me and enter into the deep presence of your soul journey through unique explorations of the cosmos and spirit world.

Each month a sacred and safe space is opened and held for community members to receive, rebalance, reconnect and remember through playful exploration as we stretch out our spiritual bodies and reignite our relationship with spirit. Refresh your spiritual connection through altered states experiences, meditations, shamanic drum journeying, creative expression, opening and sharing of your unique inner wisdom, nature connection, animism and other shamanic practices. This space is held for you to continue to reclaim your magic and medicine and to keep the spiritual threads of relationship with Source alive.

What is a shamanic journey?

A shamanic journey is entering into a light trance state (altered state of consciousness) for the purpose of healing, health, rebalancing energy, guidance and wisdom in paving a new path forward in your life, in connection with soul purpose and spirit helpers. Altered states can be accessed through sacred drumming, movement, sound, archetypal embodiment and guided journeys. Each group session will be attuned to the larger collective energies on the planet at the time - come with a sense of curious adventure.

Shamanism is an ancient tradition lived by indigenous cultures around the earth for thousands of years. Shamans are the healers of an indigenous tribe and act as the bridge between the physical and spiritual worlds. Shamanic tribes live with an animist world view that everything is alive and connected. The shamans of these tribes hold incredible abilities to heal, travel to and engage in non ordinary worlds and shape or change physical matter. They are in service to their tribe and are responsible for the tribes wellbeing. In the modern day the word shaman is being used very differently from its original context for people who engage in shamanic practices. In respect of the traditional indigenous ways, I do not call myself a shaman. But I do engage in their practices as they have proven to be superior to any other paradigm or practice I have encountered for healing and transformation.

Let's gather in healing community in the cave space at Phoenix Pilates and Yoga in Kincumber. Together we will experience a shamanic journey where you will be fully supported and guided in the process. This is an open platform to explore, share, heal and to take a moment out of ordinary life to connect with non-ordinary reality.

Phoenix Pilates and Yoga is run by the authentic and warm hearted Liz. Liz creates a comfortable, relaxed and gentle vibe where you will feel held and safe to drop into a delicious altered state and explore the deeper parts of you.
