Our day together

Our medicinal day It’s a chance for us to connect to nature and each other but more then that to connect within. 

On the track, we are planing to do a few stops to rest, connect, meditate, healing circle, swim, eat and sharing circle . 

Preparing for the day 

Bring water, snacks, sunscreen, swimmers and towel, comfortable clothes and shoes, 

And make sure you rest well the night before 

Other then that, Not much is required so I would say the main thing is for you to think of an INTENTION. 

So, What’s your main intention on joining us ?

Is it something you want to improve in yourself or is it something you need to let go of?

Is it to know yourself better? Your values? Trauma?

Or is it about just having fun and connecting to nature?

It doesn’t matter what that is. 

The first step in preparing for your experience is understanding that the journey begins well before the trip, and the lessons don’t end until well after. 

Our healing techniques may help your mood, energy and focus. It may open your mind to ways of seeing the world and yourself that you haven’t otherwise considered; it helps you to develop beneficial habits and more positive relationships.

So just to come with open heart and have fun 🤩

If you’re new to Healing journeys , we’ll have different meeting points across the city starting from 7.15am, so just us if you need a lift and we’ll be there ati support you all the way. 

If you choose meet us there at 9 please make sure you have the right directions on Google Maps. The National park is huge so it’s easy to take the wrong direction. 

We should be heading back home around sunset.
