These meditations are not so much about searching for what you don’t have but rather about discovering what has been there all along, within you.
You will travel to hidden worlds in these Journeys – to places beyond time, space, and logic. The experience will focus on opening you, to more of you - so that you can better understand yourself and your relationship with life. The journey is designed to help you intimately engage with your soul and strengthen a relationship with the spiritual forces in your life.
How I work: I tune into the energy of the group and get directed from there. In other words - I’m shown the way as we move through the journey. Each Journey will be completely unique, depending on the needs and energy of each group that come together.
No previous meditation experience is required. Online via Zoom ❘ Wednesdays at 8pm - 9pm, AEST ❘ Exchange $10
