ONLINE Meditation Series (5 Weeks)

You will be guided on a Shamanic Journey meditation for expanding your awareness and opening yourself up to your Higher Self and your Guides. There will be messages that may come through, which Matthew will share with individuals from their spirit guides, high vibrational galactic beings, and our ancestors in the spiritual realm. 

Additionally Matthew will offer some different spiritual development exercises, unique to each session which you can continue to practice at home. This is an opportunity to discuss how we can be maintaining our energy, and aligning ourselves with the quickly changing Earth frequencies in our current times.

**Note: This will be a closed container. We kindly ask that everyone will arrive 10-15 minutes early so that we can start on time. Any arrivals after we get started will not be able to join.
