Event description
Matthew will lead a guided Shamanic meditation for expanding your awareness and opening yourself up to your Higher Self and your Guides. He will also pass on messages to individuals from their Spirit Guides plus we will also be doing a series of different spiritual development exercises each week.
Finally we will discuss how we can be maintaining our energy and aligning ourselves with the changing Earth frequencies.
