Shaping Future Cities: Intergenerational & Intercultural approaches
Event description
What must we act on now to safeguard the liveability of our cities and communities for future generations?
Join us in celebrating World Environment Day, and Regeneration Projects’ 5th Anniversary, with a lunchtime discussion exploring how intergenerational and intercultural knowledge can inform better urban futures.
As the climate crisis, population growth and resource pressures intensify, the choices we make today will determine our fate. We believe that our decisions should be:
Guided by Nature’s cycles
Informed by diverse cultural and generational knowledge, and
Designed with regenerative, circular economy principles
We'll hear from some of Regeneration Projects’ closest collaborators to see what proven models have served our first 5 years, and what further systemic actions are needed to safeguard the wellbeing of both people and the planet.
Panelists:
Matt Sykes (RP Founder)
Sophia Bagatsing (RP Facilitator)
