There is more than one way to reshape the people of God to move forward.

Synod and Presbytery participants are offered the opportunity to discover and explore research backed resourcing for reshaping our future congregations.

A Workshop to explore the challenges and processes in cultivating a shared future for congregations.

• Examine the challenges and complexities inherent in Shared Future initiatives
• Insight into research conducted for the forthcoming Shared Future book
• Explore the various ways Australian churches are reshaping themselves through collaboration
• Understand the motivations driving congregations and denomination to pursue Shared Future pathways
• Key lessons emerging from Australian Shared Future initiatives in the past twenty years
• Ecclesia Leadership’s approach to facilitating a Shared Future process
• How do we move beyond economic rationalism to reshape ourselves for this context?
• Reflect on selected case studies and the insights they offer
• Open Q&A session
