Shared Table is an intimate dining series hosted by Tony Stewart, bringing together New Zealand's best chefs, Fair Food's community and surplus ingredients to create an unforgettable dining experience.

Join us with guest chefs Gavin Doyle and Giapo for a Seedlip cocktail and canapés on arrival plus a 4 course meal with paired beverages. Hosted at Fair Food, we will be opening the doors for 24 guests to be a part of this open-kitchen experience.

About Gavin Doyle

Gavin Doyle is a highly acclaimed, Dublin-born Executive Chef renowned for his work across top-tier dining establishments in Ireland, Australia, and New Zealand. For more than 16 years, Gavin Doyle has helped shape New Zealand’s modern dining landscape. Today he serves as Group Executive Chef for Foley Hospitality, overseeing a portfolio of restaurants that stretches from Auckland to Wellington and Queenstown.

About Giapo

Gianpaolo (Giapo) Grazioli is an Italian-born chef, food scientist, and entrepreneur who completely redefined the global ice cream industry. Alongside his wife, Annarosa Petrucci, he co-founded Giapo Ice Cream in Auckland, transforming a traditional dessert into a high-art, multi-sensory experience.
