Shared Table is an intimate dining series hosted by Tony Stewart, bringing together New Zealand's best chefs, Fair Food's community and surplus ingredients to create an unforgettable dining experience.
Join us with guest chefs Jess Granada & Brian Campbell for a Seedlip cocktail and canapés on arrival plus a 4 course meal with paired beverages. Hosted at Fair Food, we will be opening the doors for 24 guests to be a part of this open-kitchen experience.
About Jess Granada
Jess Granada is an award-winning Filipino-New Zealander chef, restaurateur, and community leader who has pioneered modern Filipino cuisine in Aotearoa. She is the executive chef and co-owner of Nanam, a highly celebrated restaurant in Takapuna. Jess is also the current Ethnic Chair of Hospitality New Zealand, where she champions diversity and culture through food. Recently crowned the Australasia Champion for the World Tapas Competition, Jess represents New Zealand on the global culinary stage, showcasing her passion for storytelling through cuisine and creating meaningful connections between cultures.
About Brian Campbell
Brian Campbell is an internationally acclaimed pastry chef, chocolatier, and the co-founder of the premium Auckland dessert brand Miann. Originally from Scotland, Campbell spent years honing his craft in high-end Michelin-starred restaurants and luxury hotels across Europe, Asia, and America. After relocating to New Zealand, he first gained local fame as the creative force behind Britomart's celebrated dessert bar, Milse.
