2021 has turned out to be a year like none other. Whether it was related to operating in a covid environment, climate change, political divisiveness, or social justice, 2021 has called on us as leaders, OD practitioners, coaches, and change makers to bring the best of ourselves to our workplaces, communities, and/or families. And through challenging times come points of growth. In our final session of the year, the ODA leadership team invites you to join us for an evening of reflection to celebrate our work and impact in 2021. We will leverage the Conversation Café, a dialogic OD structure that forms a larger body of work called Liberating Structures. With minimal slides and plenty of breakout room time, bring your wisdom, stories, and a beverage of choice to wind down the year together. We hope to see you there! |

Our facilitator: Allison Tsao has newly joined the ODA Leadership Team and will be leading us through a reflective process to wrap up the year, with support from the broader leadership team. As the founder of an OD consultancy, Humans Who Lead, Allison’s OD practice focuses on creating human centred leadership, cultures, and change programs that bring out the best in people. Key to this is harnessing the collective wisdom of a group and leveraging dialogic practices to make sense of the complexity around us and co-create generative action, which is what this session is all about.
