Building and implementing a business strategy can give you a competitive edge and help you grow your business. It provides a roadmap on where to focus your time, effort and expenditure.
In this workshop, you will get clear on your strategy by answering the following questions:
- What do we do?
- How will we succeed?
- What is important now?
- Who needs to do what and when?
Answering these questions will provide clarity and ultimately set you up for success.
Please note: You will require a laptop or computer for this workshop. In order to encourage open discussions with all participants, this workshop will NOT be recorded.

Bookings are limited to two tickets each, however you can make more than one booking. If you are booking for more than one person, please provide each person's email address so they receive our emails with important links and downloads.

If you cannot attend, please cancel so your place can be made available to another business owner. You can cancel your booking from the update order button on your order confirmation email. Cancellations and refunds for paid workshops can be made up to 24 hours before the workshop starts.
