SHE BREATHES

Women’s Embodied Breath & Healing Circle

A Wednesday morning to breathe, connect, be heard and come back to yourself.

Wednesdays

10 am to 1 pm

She Breathes is an intimate 3-hour women’s healing circle held in my private studio at Eden Beach, Jindalee.

Limited to just Five women, each Wednesday morning, until 16th December, this is an opportunity to step away from everything else for a few of hours and enter a beautiful space for honest conversation, connection, therapeutic exploration and embodied breathwork.

We begin together in circle.

There is time to arrive, share what is present for you and connect with the other women in the room. From what arises, I work intuitively through coaching, somatic awareness, therapeutic reflection and oracle to help you explore what may be sitting underneath the surface.

And then we take it into the breath.

For the second half of our morning, I’ll guide you through a one-hour Embodied Breath Journey, moving beyond simply talking about what is happening and into the body itself.

Through conscious connected breathing, we work with the body, nervous system, emotion, energy and awareness — allowing space for whatever needs to be felt, seen, cleared or integrated.

We finish slowly, with time to ground, reflect and integrate before returning to the rest of your day.

You don’t need to have anything “wrong” to come.

You may be moving through change, feeling overwhelmed or disconnected, exploring a relationship or pattern in your life, or simply wanting a space where you can come back into yourself.

Or perhaps life is good — and sitting in a beautiful room with other women, having real conversations and breathing deeply into your body sounds like a very good way to spend a Wednesday morning.

You don’t need previous breathwork experience and you don’t need to arrive knowing exactly what you want to work on.

Come as you are.

A little about me

I’ve been working in the healing arts for over 27 years, and what I know after all these years is that insight alone doesn’t necessarily change us.

We can understand our patterns, know where they came from and have talked about them many times — and still find ourselves responding from the same place.

My work has always been about going deeper than the story.

My original training was in Holistic Counselling and body-based psychotherapy, and over the years my work has evolved through breathwork, somatic practice, Kundalini Tantra Yoga, energy work, spiritual inquiry and plant medicine integration.

I’m also the founder of Awakening Breathwork Academy, where I train breathwork practitioners, and have facilitated transformational retreats and journeys both in Australia and internationally.

When you come into my room, however, I’m not working through a prescribed formula.

I’m listening — to what you are saying, what you’re not saying, what your body is showing me and the pattern underneath what is happening in your life right now.

We bring awareness to it, work with it therapeutically, and then take it into the breath.

My work is deeply holistic and spiritual, while remaining grounded, embodied and therapeutic.

She Breathes is a beautiful way to experience this work without committing to a program or an ongoing process.

Come once. Come when you need it. Or make Wednesday morning part of your regular practice.
