She Can in collaboration with UNSW FAC is running a series of Group Fitness classes that give you a chance to learn the ropes in group fitness and group training environments 💪

Each class is FREE to She Can Participants!

This class is designed to accommodate all levels. Our instructors offer various options and modifications to ensure everyone can participate and challenge themselves at their own pace.

Click on the class you want to attend - one class per person! These fill up fast, so if you book two sessions, we’ll cancel one ❌
Heads up! Tickets drop 14 days before each session. This helps us manage waitlists and make sure spots go to those who are keen to come. Set a reminder so you don’t miss out!
