What is the Return to Gym Program?

This program is for students who have already completed the Learn to Gym program. If you haven't completed Learn to Gym, and are a beginner level, you can sign up to that program via the Arc Sport website. If you haven't completed Learn to Gym but have an intermediate understanding of the gym, you may still be eligible for this program.

The program consists of 2 x 1 hour coached sessions per week, for 8-weeks, conducted by Ex-Phys students under the supervision of a qualified Exercise Physiologist. Participants will be paired up with an individual of similar experience and goals, and an Ex-Phys student will lead a personalised program. This means a 2:1 student to Ex-Phys ratio will be maintained to ensure direct and individualised feedback is given.

The program is aimed at the intermediate level and is designed to help women feel empowered to go to the gym. The program will build upon the skills learned in the Learn to Gym program.

*NOTE due to high demand, students must be able to commit to both sessions (Monday AND Wednesday's 1-2pm)
