In this talk, I will share about my personal journey, and on-going explorations with Aurveda and Tantra, which I was taught not as abstract or esoteric buzzwords but as practical, adaptable methodologies that can optimise one's lifestyle.

I will present the tools that have reshaped how I think, feel, look and present myself, and which I share with women seeking personalised pathways to enhanced sensory and emotional wellbeing.
