Dance, Breathe + Be You

With Georgia Leigh & Lesa Sheppard

A new experience designed just for teen girls (ages 13–17).

A safe, uplifting space to move, feel, and reconnect with your body, your breath, and your self-confidence.

This 2.5-hour experience is designed to ignite your self-empowerment through the practices of somatic dance, breathwork, yoga-based movement, and sound healing.

No experience needed! Just comfy clothes and curiosity.

Expect good music, free movement, good vibes and a chance to just be you, no pressure, no judgment.

What to expect:

Opening Circle – Arrive, connect, and set the tone for an empowering evening together.

Intro Talk - What is Somatic Dance? A light and engaging talk on the benefits of this practice for body awareness, emotional regulation, and nervous system support

Guided Breath + Gentle Embodiment Practice – seated to standing yoga-based movement to warm into your body

60-Minute Somatic Dance Journey – Heart Embodiment theme, a beautiful ‘in’ to connect with your body through free movement

15-Minute Wind Down – settle and soften the nervous system
