Life can be full. Between work, business, family and everything else we carry, it’s easy for the year to pass without making space to pause and ask: How am I feeling? What have I learned? What do I want more of in the season ahead?

She Rises Society is an invitation to step away from the everyday, reconnect with yourself and spend time with a community of like-minded women who believe in supporting one another to grow.

Whether you’re building a business, growing a side hustle, pursuing a passion project or simply feeling called to create something meaningful, this evening is designed to nurture both your well being and your ambition.

Hosted by Tess Williamson and Kat Green, Reflect & Rise brings together genuine connection, personal growth and meaningful networking in a warm, welcoming space.

During the evening, you’ll experience:

We’ll begin with the opportunity to introduce yourself and share a little about who you are and what you’re building.

✨ The Connection Table
Bring your business cards, flyers, brochures or QR codes and add them to our Connection Table for others to discover.

✨ Reflecting on the Year & Creating More Abundance with Kat Green, Mindset Coach
We’ll take time to look back on the year that’s been, acknowledge the season of life we’re in, and explore what meaningful abundance looks like for each of us and what we’d love to welcome more of in the year ahead.

✨ Future Self Activation with Tess Williamson
Tess, retreat host and founder of She Rises, will guide you through a visualisation to reflect on the year that’s been, reconnect with your vision and explore what you’d like to create next.

✨ Conversations around mindset, health and wellbeing
Space to share ideas, meet new women and discover opportunities to connect and collaborate.

We’ll close the evening with a glass of prosecco and relaxed end-of-year mingling. A little time to keep the conversations going, make new connections and celebrate the women rising alongside us.

This isn’t just another networking event. It’s a space to pause, reflect and connect, where self-care and ambition can sit side by side.
