Life can be busy, especially when you’re building a business, raising a family, supporting everyone around you or simply trying to keep up with the pace of everyday life.

She Rises Society is your invitation to pause.

To step away from the busyness for a couple of hours, fill your cup, reconnect with yourself and spend time alongside a community of inspiring, like minded women who believe in supporting one another to grow.

Whether you’re building a business, growing a side hustle, pursuing a passion project or simply feeling called to create something meaningful, this experience has been thoughtfully designed to nurture both your well being and your ambition.

Unlike traditional networking events, She Rises Society blends self care, personal growth, networking and genuine connection, creating a welcoming space where women can collaborate, share ideas and build meaningful relationships, while also taking a moment to slow down and reconnect with themselves.

Hosted by Tess Williamson and Kat Green, this carefully curated Sunday morning offers you the opportunity to breathe, reflect, connect and leave feeling more grounded, inspired and supported than when you arrived.

Kat, a mindset coach, will share an inspiring conversation around the power of the subconscious mind and how it shapes our beliefs, confidence, decisions and ultimately the lives we create.

✨ Future Self Activation with Tess Williamson
Tess, retreat host and founder of She Rises, will guide you through a Future Self Activation visualisation, designed to help you reconnect with your vision, gain clarity and step into the woman you’re becoming.
