What is She Speaks?

A high-impact learning experience for women who want to communicate with greater clarity, courage, and conviction and build workplace presence and power.

This isn’t presentation skills training (though it will improve your presenting). It’s a practical deep-dive into how gendered expectations shape how we speak - and how we’re heard. And it’s packed with tools you can use straight away.

What You’ll Learn

✅ A simple tool to quieten your inner critic and boost your inner coach.
✅ Exact language for speaking up, handling interruptions and responding to inappropriate comments.
✅ Boundary-setting techniques that protect your time, professional reputation and relationships

She Speaks is delivered to a maximum of 16 women for an intimate, high-impact experience. It includes:

1. Online Preparation Session (1.5 hrs)
Tuesday 19th August, 12-1.30pm
Get grounded before the workshop, with a reflective exercise and practical pre-work.

2. One-Day In-Person Workshop
Friday 5th September, 9.30-4.30pm

Discover how internalised stereotypes shape your behaviour - and learn how to disrupt them. You’ll walk away with tools to recognise gendered dynamics and let go of habits that no longer serve you.

Learn how to turn small-talk into meaningful connection, build trust quickly and navigate conflict calmly.

🗣️ Conversational Courage

Say what needs to be said - without compromising your values or reputation. Harness the power of AWE: Authority, Warmth, and Energy to lead courageous conversations.

🌟 Make Your Presence Matter

Unlock new ways to use your voice, body, language and facial expressions to communicate with clarity and conviction — in any professional setting.

3. Online Implementation Session (1.5 hrs)
Tuesday 16th September, 12-1.30pm
Two weeks after the workshop check in, celebrate progress, and stay accountable.

Anna Lee is a speaker, facilitator and founder of Hacks for Her. She’s spent nearly two decades helping individuals and organisations navigate complex workplace dynamic, with a particular focus on inclusion, career navigation and gender equity.

Anna combines deep expertise with a down-to-earth approach, drawing on real stories and research to make learning both practical and engaging. Her work resonates with everyone from recent graduates to CEOs, and she is known for creating spaces where women feel seen, challenged and supported.
