SHE WHO COMES HOME
A six-part journey of embodiment, identity and ancestral reclamation
Can you picture the woman you might be if you no longer had to shape yourself around everyone else’s needs?
Can you hear the voice within you that has been whispering, ‘There has to be more for me than this?’
Can you feel that quiet ache in your body, the part of you that is longing to soften, breathe and finally come home?
There comes a moment in a woman’s life when she realises she has spent years being who everyone else needed her to be.
· The good daughter.
· The devoted mother.
· The understanding partner.
· The capable woman.
· The one who keeps going.
· The one who holds everything together, even when she is quietly unravelling inside.
You may look into the mirror and recognise your face yet struggle to see the woman behind all the roles.
You may hear yourself saying yes while something inside you is screaming no.
You may feel the tension in your jaw, the heaviness in your heart or the tightening in your belly, without knowing what your body has been trying to tell you.
Underneath the expectations, survival patterns and inherited stories, there is still a woman.
You.
Not the version of you shaped by what happened to you, or the version created to keep everyone else comfortable. Not the woman you were told you should be.
The real, raw, wise, beautiful and powerful woman underneath it all.
She Who Comes Home is a six-part, trauma-informed journey for the woman who is ready to reconnect with her body, hear her own voice, understand her boundaries, reclaim her identity and consciously choose what she will, and will no longer carry forward.
This isn’t about becoming someone completely new.
It’s about seeing yourself clearly, hearing what is true and feeling safe enough to live as the woman who has been there all along.
Part One: The Sacredness of Boundaries & Consent
We begin by exploring your yes, your no, your maybe and you’re not yet.
Not simply the words you have learned to say, but the language of your body.
· The tightening.
· The softening.
· The leaning in.
· The pulling away.
· The breath that suddenly becomes shallow.
You will begin recognising your body’s signals before automatically agreeing, pleasing, performing or overriding yourself, so you can make choices that feel true, clear and respectful of you.
Because your boundaries are not barriers to love, they are part of how you love and honour yourself.
Part Two: The Embodied Triangle
Picture your mind, heart and womb/body as three points of an inner compass.
What happens when your mind says one thing, your heart longs for another and your body is desperately trying to get your attention?
In this session, we bring these parts of you back into conversation.
You will begin to notice what each one is communicating, so you can move through decisions and relationships with greater clarity, connection and self-trust.
Part Three: The Breath of the Willow
Here, we breathe.
We soften, we listen to the rhythm beneath the noise.
Through breath, sound and gentle embodied practices, you are invited to feel your feet beneath you, notice the movement of breath through your body and reconnect with a sense of inner steadiness.
Like the willow, you can learn to be deeply rooted without becoming rigid to bend without abandoning yourself and to move through life without losing your centre.
There is no performance and nothing to get right.
We go as slowly as your body says YES so you can experience what it feels like to be present with yourself rather than continually pushing through yourself.
Part Four: Becoming Your Own Woman
Who were you taught to be?
Who did you become to survive, belong, remain loved or keep the peace?
Whose voice do you hear when you doubt yourself?
And who do you see when you imagine the next chapter of your life?
This identity transformation supports you to recognise the roles, labels and beliefs you have outgrown.
You will reconnect with your values, desires and authentic voice so you can begin choosing your life from who you are now, rather than continuing to live from who you once needed to be. Not only someone’s daughter, mother, partner or expectation.
You.
Part Five: Sacred Ancestral Clearing & DNA Coding
Close your eyes and picture the women standing behind you.
Your mother.
Your grandmothers.
Their mothers.
The women whose names you know and those whose stories were never spoken.
We honour their love, strength, sacrifices and wisdom while exploring the inherited beliefs and energetic patterns that may no longer belong in the life you are creating.
Honouring your lineage does not mean repeating it.
You are allowed to ask:
What ends with me?
What continues through me?
What begins because of me?
This session creates space for you to separate inherited expectations from your own truth so you can move forward with greater clarity about the woman you choose to be and the legacy you want to create.
This is a spiritual and symbolic practice. It is not medical treatment and does not alter your biological DNA.
Part Six: Unravel (The Illuminated Heart)
Finally, we meet the heart.
We gently listen for what has remained unspoken and begin unravelling the protection, grief, longing and stories held around it.
· Imagine the armour softening.
· Hear your own truth becoming clearer.
· Feel the possibility of making room again.
Room to receive.
Room to trust yourself.
Room for truth, tenderness, pleasure and possibility.
Room for the woman you are becoming and remembering.
This final session supports you to bring the pieces of your journey together, so you leave not simply knowing more about yourself, but feeling more connected to yourself.
She Who Comes Home is for the woman who:
Feels disconnected from herself after years of prioritising everyone else
Finds herself saying yes when her body is communicating no
Struggles to separate her own desires from inherited expectations
Is ready to see herself beyond her roles, relationships and past experiences
Wants to hear her own voice and trust what it is saying
Longs to feel more grounded, embodied and at home within herself
Knows something needs to change, even if she cannot fully name it yet
Imagine looking into the mirror and seeing more than the woman who survived.
Imagine hearing yourself speak clearly without immediately questioning or silencing your truth.
Imagine feeling your feet on the ground, your breath moving freely and your body becoming a place you can return to.
Six sacred sessions.
One embodied return to the woman you truly are.
If you can see a glimpse of yourself within these words, hear the quiet yes inside you or feel something gently stirring in your body, send me a private message with the word HOME to learn more or arrange a connection call.
With love,
Samantha‑Jayne Love
