Helen Reed is a passionate and dedicated individual who owns a small business in Illawong called Kappatalize Wellness. She has over 15 years of experience as a qualified fitness trainer, change coach, meditation and yoga teacher, and a Mindfulness & Coach Facilitator. Helen is known for her authentic approach, genuinely connecting with people, and deeply loving what she does on all levels.

Her work focuses on creating spaces for stillness, authentic connection, and presence through various practices, including movement, stretching, mobility, mindfulness, meditation, and circles. Helen is dedicated to supporting both men and women through these practices, offering classes, workshops, and retreats that emphasise mental health breaks to release stress, anxiety, and overwhelm.

In addition to her professional expertise, Helen has a deep love for tantra yoga, embodiment practices, dancing, movements, and breath meditation. She is also passionate about inspiring others to live and love their lives fully, authentically, and unapologetically.

Helen has a strong connection to the community, bringing women together in circles to connect, step into vulnerabilities, and embrace their unapologetic selves. She also organizes special events like the upcoming Women's Authentic Connection Retreat in the Blue Mountains and enjoys promoting the importance of high-vibe connections, nature, and holistic approaches to health.

Helen's day job leads transformation programs as the Transformation & Change Manager, combines her passion for making a positive impact in organisations experiencing change. She is also actively involved in mentoring high school students, guiding them to embrace their unique qualities and step into their full potential.

Her diverse expertise also extends to Kundalini and sound energy healing, where she guides individuals through powerful releases that help clear energetic blockages and awaken their full potential. Helen is especially passionate about harnessing the power of the full moon in her healing practices.

In her personal life, Helen loves DJing, a passion she enjoyed 20 years ago and still feels connected to today. She finds freedom and authenticity in music, whether it’s DJing or being in a meditative zone with it.
