Through guided meditation and intuitive creativity, map your own womb landscape—revealing memories, emotions, and untapped wisdom.

Afternoon Session: Release, Forgiveness & Reclamation
Womb–Heart Breathwork & Bridge Meditation

A sacred breath practice to awaken your inner channel of love, truth, and release between the heart and womb.

Forgiveness Wand Creation
Craft a ritual wand using natural materials, while speaking aloud powerful invocations of forgiveness—for yourself, your feminine lineage, and the collective womb of womanhood. Crafting materials will be provided and option of the different sticks or if you want to bring your own branch / stick to decorate you are welcome to.

Fire Ceremony & Sacred Chanting
Offer your wand to the fire in a potent release ritual. Sing together, drum, and reclaim your voice. Let what no longer serves you be transformed by the flames. Drums will be provided but if you have one please do bring it along. I will also send you some lyrics so we will join with singing when we release our creation into the fire outside.

Speak your vow of wholeness, freedom, and love. Be witnessed in your rising.
