A monthly women's circle led by Kayleigh of From Hart to Heart and Chrissy of Joyful Soul Collective. This collaboration stems from a deep belief in the power of sisterhood and the profound impact of women witnessing each other share and express themselves.
August Theme: Silent Whispers
This circle invites you to slow down, reconnect, and honour the silent whispers within. Join us for a nourishing and grounding afternoon of connection, stillness, and gentle self-care. Through soft movement, journaling, and rest, we’ll listen deeply to ourselves and each other.
