  • A minimum upfront payment is required to secure your order. This includes a surcharge, a non-refundable cancellation fee, and a refundable deposit.
  • You’ll receive a notification before each payment attempt. You must ensure sufficient funds are available.

Event description

MakerSpace and Head, Heart and Hands together are excited to present the second evening of 'Shed Talks', local stories, ideas and presentations.

Local community members will be talking for approximately 15 minutes each on their area of expertise, passion, or their story.  There will be opportunity for questions and conversation over complimentary refreshments.  

  • Wednesday 28 July from 7pm - 8:30pm
  • Theme: 'Sustainability Home Hacks'
  • Cost: $5 (free for MakerSpace members and pensioners)

This event is facilitated by the Head, Heart and Hands (HHH) project, which seeks to increase community knowledge, skills, experience and connections in order to be better prepared to adapt and respond to the adverse conditions driven by climate change. HHH is a project of the Port Macquarie Hastings Sustainability Network, and is auspiced by Port Macquarie Community Gardens. The project is funded by a NSW Government Increasing Resilience to Climate Change Community Grant.
