As we sink deeper into winter’s stillness
we are called inward
into the quiet places of the body
where sensation stirs before shape,
where breath opens the doorway to movement.

This is a space to listen.
To soften into the places we’ve outgrown.
To feel the quiet hum of life
the pulse beneath the surface
and let it shape us from the inside out.

Eros flows here not as desire,
but as the slow fire of presence.
The life-force that moves us to feel,
to shed, to begin again.

This is a slower paced wave dance.
