Shellharbour Carols by Candlelight 2025 - Accessibility Booking Form

Santa’s first stop this holiday season is Shellharbour’s Carols by Candlelight! Join us at Croom Regional Sporting Complex, on Friday, 12 December 2025, from 5pm to 9pm as we light up the night with festive cheer. Pre-show activities and stalls will be on from 5pm, with the main event kicking off at 6pm.

Shellharbour City Council welcomes all visitors to Carols by Candlelight and are committed to making the event as safe and accessible as possible for everyone. This year we have enhanced our accessible inclusions to include:

• a dedicated accessible parking station that is able to be pre-booked

• an accessible entrance point to the event zone

• an accessible viewing area that is able to be pre-booked

• a sensory tent

• accessible amenities in the permanent amenities block and also an additional accessible portaloo

• Auslan interpreters on stage that are also viewable on large LCD screens

  This booking form will enable you to:

• Pre-book an accessible parking bay (mobility parking permit required)

• Pre-register for the accessible viewing area
