National Volunteer Week is the largest celebration of volunteers and volunteerism in Australia providing an opportunity to highlight the role of volunteers in our community, and more importantly, to say thank you for the more than 5 million Australians who volunteer.
This year National Volunteer Week was celebrated between 19 -25 May 2025
To celebrate the efforts of all volunteers from our local community, including over 50 organisations, Council will be hosting a private screening of the acclaimed movie Mission Impossible: The Final Reckoning.
Date: Thursday, 22 May 2025
Time: 5.30pm - Registration, 6:00pm - Official welcome followed by movie screening including complimentary refreshments
Where: Event Cinemas Shellharbour
Ticket Numbers: Up to 4 people per group or organisation can be booked via the booking portal
Waitlist: If you require additional tickets please email events@shellharbour.nsw.gov.au and specify the quantity you are after. We will make contact with you on the week commencing 12 May to allocate any spare tickets to the waitlist.
