She Who Returns
A Women’s Embodiment Circle
Coming home to body, Earth, breath, and belonging.
There comes a time in every woman’s life when the pull to return to herself, to the land, to the deeper rhythm beneath all things, can no longer be ignored.
This circle is a space to soften back into that remembering.
Through gentle movement, somatic expression, breath, and shared reflection, we’ll explore what it means to return to our bodies as safe ground… to listen again to the wisdom that moves through us and the Earth alike.
This is a space for exhale. For release. For reconnecting with what is most real in you.
Come as you are..... tender, tired, curious, alive.
Leave a little more rooted, open, and held.

What to Bring
A journal and pen for reflection
A shawl or blanket to stay cosy
A cushion or mat for comfort during our circle
Water bottle
An item for our altar — something that represents your return (a stone, leaf, photo, or personal symbol)
Shared potluck lunch — please bring a simple dish to share (nourishing, easy-to-serve foods like salads, frittatas, soups, or fruit).
We’ll share a meal together after circle, connecting in the warmth of community and good food.

About Elyse
Elyse is a somatic practitioner, breathwork guide, and space-holder devoted to helping women reclaim their emotional and embodied selves.
With roots in movement, dance, circle facilitation and trauma-informed healing, her work invites deep reconnection: to body, Earth, and the cyclical nature of being alive.
