International Women’s Day 2025 # Accelerate Action

10 years ago we launched The SHIFT Project Byron at International Women's day at Byron@Byron, the theme then was ‘Empowering Women’.   

Over the last 10 years we have had over 53 women through the residential program and provided outreach for over 300 women and families. We have employed 46 at risk women in our Social Enterprise,  Linen SHIFT 'laundry with a conscience'.

We have distanced ourselves through COVID and have waded through the floods and are so proud of the women in the program and the community who have supported us.

Join us on March 7th at Forest Restaurant, Crystalbrook Byron to celebrate our 10 years and to share stories of action being taken. 

The event will be MC’d by Mandy Nolan with guest speakers.

Tickets include a three course meal and bubbles on arrival.

We have allocated seating, with tables of 10 available for purchase if you're booking for a large group. If you're coming with someone on a smaller booking, please provide their full name at checkout so we can seat you together.
