Shifting Bias - Free Workshop
Description
Shifting Bias is a free workshop that has been designed by people with disability, in partnership with sector leaders in community services.
Delivered by people with lived experience of disability, this practical and engaging workshop offers a safe space to reflect on how bias can influence the way we think, make decisions, and interact with others.
Attend this workshop to:
Build confidence to recognise bias in everyday situations.
Understand how bias against people with disability can influence everyday decisions.
Learn practical strategies to challenge bias and foster more inclusive practice.
